Usually RAZON POZZOMIX Is packed small bags of 20/30/40 kg capacity. As per customers request we have shipped POZZOMIX in 1.4 MT jumbo bags. POZZOMIX is supplied on containers load basis.
It is observed that addition of fly ash to concrete as a replacement of cement lowers the early strengths (3rd day 7th day) as compared to those concretes in which cement is not replaced with fly ash. Further it is observed that Fly ash additions does not affect ultimate strengths of concretes.
This improvement of early strenght can be obtained by addition of additive RAZON ACC 313- it is used at a dosage of 200 ml / 50 kg cementatious material and it is added to the concrete at the batching plant. The addition of ACC 313 improves 24 hours, 3 day & 7 day strength substantially as compared to those mixes without addition of AAC 313. By addition of ACC 313 to the concrete upto 70% of concrete strenght can be obtained within 72 hours of placing the concrete.
Razon AAC 313 is near neutral in pH, it is free of chlorides and nitrates. RAZON ACC 313 is safe for use in steel reinforced concretes. It does not profoundly accelerate/ retard the setting time of concretes. For these reasons it is considered the latest of generation strength accelerator for concretes.
