PU Seal 2077
PU Seal 2077 7702 is a non-sag 1-c polyurethane silane encapped sealant that suitable for automobile applications. It cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity to form a resilient elastomer. It is environmental friendly polymer. It is resistant to water, dilute acids and bases.

Method Of Use
Clean, the surface thoroughly. Any oil, grease, old sealant must be removed and cleaned before applying PU Seal 2077. Use masking tape to cover adjacent area that shall be sealed. This will provide a sharp and clean appearance to the joint. PU Seal 2077 does not require any primer on non-porous surfaces, however if it is to be applied on a porous surface, a trail test must be conducted. Fill the area with PU Seal 2077 by applying positive pressure, in a continuous manner. PU Seal 2077 must be tooled within 15 minutes of application, with light pressure to press the sealant into the joint and ensure contact between the sealant and all sides of the joint. The masking tape may be removed.
Applications
PU Seal 2077 is ideally suited for bonding dissimilar materials to accommodate their expansion, gap filling or gap/joints that is exposed to sunlight, heat, corrosive environments etc., Ideal for weather proofing, in the construction industry.
Storage condition & Shelf Life
Store the material in its original package between 100C and 250C in dry atmosphere to prevent moisture absorption and crystallization. Do not open until ready to use. Shelf life is 180 days @ 10 to 25°C.
