Repairs/Rehabilitation to cooling towers:
Cooling
Towers are continuously subjected to hot water & steam, which tends to
accelerate concrete deterioration & ageing. This can be eliminated by
coating internal & external surfaces of cooling towers with P.A. Mortar
Slurry. The patch repairs in concrete can be carried out with our P.A. Mortar
TH-4.
Metal Clean:
Cleaning
of heat transfer coils. The heat transfer coils tend to choke up because of
collection of scales. The cleaning can be carried out with our Metal Clean. It
descales, derusts, and provides a protective film to the inner walls enhancing
the life of heat transfer tubes.
Concrete Repairs:
All concrete repairs rehabilitation can be carried out with our P.A. Mortar and coating of P.A. Mortar Slurry. It protects the concrete & enhances life of concrete substantially.
Grouting
of machinery foundations, repairs to flooring around generators. This can be
carried out using our P.A.Mortar.
Water Proofing of walls & terrace:
Use our Coatings & Sealants for complete & guaranteed Water Proofing.
Anti skid flooring:
Certain areas are prone to rapid deterioration due to heavy traffic, oil spill, etc. these areas can be treated with our P.A. Mortar EF-1 + abrasive grits to ensure impervious concrete, which does not allow oil penetration & also provides anti-skid surface to allow human traffic.
