Flooring
in Sugar Factories & sugar godowns tend to get eroded due to heavy traffic,
dumping of heavy loads, transport of corrosive products. These portions of
flooring if repaired by cement mortar tend to exhibit short life and require
repairs at regular intervals. This can be eliminated completely by using our
P.A.Mortar. EF-1 type, it is self leveling, requires no trowelling & sets to
a strength of 200kgs/cm2 within 24 hours full strength of 1000 kgs/cm2 to 1200
kgs/cm2 is achieved within 4 – 6 days. Boiler room concrete, beams, columns
tend to exhibit accelerated ageing. This accelerated ageing can be arrested
completely by repairing the concrete surface with P.A. Mortar TH-4 &
providing 2 coats of P.A. Mortar Slurry.
Metal cleaning, descaling, passivation:
Heat
transfer cooling coils tend to get choked up due to accumulation of scales
internally. Metal Clean is an excellent formulation for de-sealing, de-rusting,
