Steam
tends to erode RCC members in concast plants. The RCC members require regular
repairs and maintenance, the column beam corner break, the load bearing members
show cracks and sound hollow on knocking due to ballooning in concrete, these
are signs of fatigue in R.C.C. & load bearing members. The continous flow of
hot water accelerates errosion, this steam tends to become acidic due to
solution of additives in lubricants and corrode steel reinforcements in R.C.C.,
further degrading the concrete and adding to recurring repairs costs.
P.A.Mortar Slurry
can be applied on these R.C.C.members to arrest immediately concrete
degradation.
The
cracks in concrete should be filled with our P.A.Mortar. Any concrete make up
can be done with our P.A.Mortar. P.A.Mortar TH4 is trowable and can be applied
easily on ceilings and vertical walls etc. It develops strength of 1200 Kg/cm2
on full curing. The curing starts instantly on mixing 2 components and 200 kgs/cm2
crushing strength in developed within 24 hours, hence no shut down necessary.
The vibration in concast plant have no effect on P.A.Mortar repairs 3-4 hours
after application hence reducing plant down time considerably. No curing
necessary. No special skills are necessarily, guaranteed performance.
P.A.Slurry
Mortar is specially formulated for concast plants. To arrest deleterious effects
of steam on concast plant R.C.C. members. P.A.Mortar Slurry is 3 part brushable
systems. Forms uniform, hard, impermeable film on the concrete surface and
eliminates steam diffusion into concrete and hence arresting RCC fatigue.
P.A.Mortar
Slurry can also be used to roughen floorings, arrest skidding on high human
traffic concrete flooring. P.A.Mortar Slurry also arrest seeping of oil &
lubricants in concrete flooring and degradation due to lubricants/oil seeping
into concrete flooring.
Concast
R.C.C. members treated with P.A.Mortar Slurry exhibit higher life and higher
resistance to degradation.
Strextra F 210
is high abrasion resistance floor repairs material. Exhibits high strength and
high abrasion resistance. Ideal for floor. 7-8 Kg/mm2 strength is developed
within 24 hours, 3 days strength is in the range of 10-15 N/mm2 which is
sufficient for normal human traffic and normal industrial traffic.
Metal Clean
is specially formulated for rolling mills and concast plants. Metal clean
degreases, cleans metal surface descales, cleans and passivates iron surface
against further corrosion. Useful for metal pickling & treatment.
Coal Tar Epoxy
is specially formulated for coating all metallic surface in pickling plant to
protect surfaces in pickling plant to protect steel members in pickling plant
against acid corrosion.
Epoxy Coat

for Heavy machinery foundations showing signs of fatigue and degradation due to
high vibrations can be repaired immediately with our P.A.Mortar EF-1. It arrest
machinery vibrations due to loosening of the bolts and foundations. It sets to a
strength of 20 N/mm2 within 24 hours reducing down time considerably.
Strextra HT88 High temperature accelerates concrete degradation.
