RUBBERISED SEALER

Rubberised Sealer  is  rubberised-polymer  formulation.  Due  to  presence  of  fine  fibers  it  is non-sagging  and  can  hold  firm  if  applied  up  to  a thickness of 10 mm. It is black in colour. Excellent    bonding    to    m.s.  aluminium  sheets ,   asbestos  cement  sheet ,  concrete ,  all construction materials, wood etc.

APPLICATIONS AND METHOD OF USE

For  sealing  holes and  cracks  in  asbestos  cement  sheet,  sealing annular space in C.I. and asbestos  cement  pipe  joints ,  asbestos  gutter ,  for  sealing  cracks  in  concrete ,  joints   in aluminium sheets for providing water tight seal to galvanised pipe threaded joints etc.

Clean  cracks  thoroughly.  Do  not  attempt  to  widen  the  cracks.  However clean  the cracks thoroughly with wire brush. The surface must be free of oil, and dry.

Use a  palti or spatula. Fill the cracks with Rubberized Sealer. In case of deep cracks, pressing Rubberised Sealer with fingers ensures maximum penetration. Allow 24 hours curing. Make up shrinkage  if  any  by  cleaning  the  surface  and  apply  Rubberised Sealer  till it is in level with surrounding surface. Multi layer exhibits better life.

Use kerosene, ordinary paint, thinner or turpentine for cleaning brushes, tools, hands.

Considering triangular cracks  section of X mm width and Y mm height of cracks, Length, filled per kgs of Rubberised Sealer.
