POLYURETHANE COATING  GHF-111

Polyurethane Coating GHF-111 is general-purpose two component  polyurethane systems. Two components exactly pre-calculated and pre-weighted quantities are supplied. The two components are mixed at site & brush applied.

Polyurethane Coating GHF-111    is   recommended  for  floor  coating ,  external coatings,  or  coatings  of  electronic  factory  assembly  line  flooring,  hospitals ,

Coating  of production plants in Pharmaceutical Industry, food, beverage -plants, terrace water proofing treatment, aqueducts, basements, etc.

Surface Preparation:

For Metal surface:

Clean metal surface thoroughly by sand blasting, to ensure the surface is free of grease,  rust  loose & flaky material. On dry dust  free surfaces apply primer coat &  coat  Polyurethane  Coating  GHF-111  as  recommended  above. Alternatively scrub  surface  thoroughly  with wire brush to remove dust, scales, rust etc. Our Metal Clean  may  be  used  to  remove  all  grease,  loose  rust  flakes  etc. Clean surface thoroughly & coat Polyurethane Coating GHF-111.

For Concrete Surface:

Wire  brush  scrubbing to  remove all loose material, algae-fungus if any. Dust to remove  loose dust before coating with Polyurethane Coating GHF-111. If surface is covered with  oil, Wash surface with mild acid followed by thorough washing & drying prior to treatment with Polyurethane Coating GHF-111.

The  surface  to  be  treated  should  be  reasonably dry & free of moisture. When applying   Polyurethane  Coating  GHF-111  allow  ample  ventilation  and   avoid smoking.

Method of use:

Stir contents  in  each  of the containers. Mix contents of the two pack container. Mix thoroughly. Use mixed contents immediately.

Polyurethane coating GHF-111 are available in following basic shades:

Clear, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, White, Grey, Black.

[Other shades are also available on request.]

Packing: 1 ltr, 5 ltr, 25 ltr [combined hardner + resin] packs.
