1. 1. For Multi Storied structures & Public buildings, use of Integral Water Proofer for beams, columns, footings and slabs ensures that cube strength is maintained within a small range of standard deviation. It also ensures higher cube strength, hence improved quality of construction for designed section. I.W.S.P is incorporated for higher strength, it also enhances impermeability coefficient by 4-5 decimal places.
2. I.W.S.P – 101 is a must for sunken portions, terrace slabs. I.W.S.P increases impermeability coefficient of concrete
considerably.
3. Master Plaster ensures high quality of Plaster with low crack population and full cement potential strength. In case of high rise structures, throw back when plastering leads to high wastage. This can be eliminated by using Master Plaster. Hygroscopic constituent in Master Plaster ensures complete cement hydration inspite of high winds and high temperature for high rise structures. Low cracks mean lesser sites for bacterial colonies. This is important consideration for Hotels & Hospitals.
4. Curing plaster in high rise structures is most economical if done with Concrete Cure Coating. It also guarantees uniform plaster quality, particularly for external plaster, where it is highly recommended. Concrete Cure Coating is most essential for treating scaffolding holes which get no curing at all and lead to wall dampness.
5. Tile Fix #1 and Tile Joint Sealer are most ideal for laying tiles and sealing tile joints. These products give economy and speedy applications. Must for Hospitals & Hotels where voids below tiles can provide sites for growth of bacterial & fungal colonies.
6. In case of concrete pavements & roads, Toughcrete imparts high abrasion resistance.
7. Floor Hardners SP-101 is a must for heavy duty floorings, concrete roads and pavements. It increases cube strength and increases toughness.
8. High rise buildings and public buildings are expensive to paint due to large area, hence use of repellent in the final coat of cement paint being coated ensures external walls are free of fungus patches, also repellent protects against wall seepages, doubles life of cement paint. Repellent is must for /hospitals & hotels, where Repellent eliminates fungal /bacterial colonies on external walls.
