FACTORIES & WAREHOUSES

In factories
& warehouses, due to vibrating machineries & movement of heavy vehicles
requires
heavy section/beams, columns, footings. Use of Super Plasticizer
increases strength in these
members eliminates honey combing. Slab thickness is generally 6" and
more. Use of Super
Plasticizers increases strength in slab RCC.
It also increases impermeability coefficient.
2.
Master Plaster eliminates cracks in plaster, reduce throw back.
Due to hygroscopic component in
Master Plaster, complete hydration is achieved, ensuring full cement
potential strength in plaster
Mortar.
3.
Floorings, Concrete pavings and roads are subject to heavy abrasion.
Hence, use of Toughcrete.
increases abrasion resistance of floorings.
Floor hardner SP 101 increases cube strength and
toughness of concrete.
4. For large
factories, the public toilets require special attention.
Our note on toilet treatment is
enclosed.
5.
Terrace water proofing is best done
with our Integral Water Proofer.
6.
For machinery foundations, our Strextra NSG-101 is most ideal.
7.
Portion
between beams & masonry walls if treated with Non-Shrink Grout Admixture,
eliminates
shrinkage cracks at this junction and seepage due to shrinkage cracks.
8.
In case of very large factories, due to site logistics it
may not be possible to ensure adequate wall
plaster curing leading to defective and low quality of plaster.
Use of Master Plaster & Concrete
Cure Coating eliminates this problem.
Must for external plaster.
9.
In old factories and warehouses, flooring repairs are done with our P.A.
Mortar, which sets within
24 hrs and no floor traffic need be stopped.
10.
A.C. Sheets are best water proofed using our Rubberised Sealer &
Rubberised Instant Water
Proofer.
11.
Floor coating in 5 basic shades are also available.
