It has
excellent bonding to glass, ceramic surface, iron, A.C.Sheet, masonry surface,
stone, wood, galvanized sheet, aluminium, etc.
APPLICATION AND METHOD OF USE :
1.
For filling cracks above chajjas, on terrace,
cracks in asbestos cement water tank, asbestos cement corrugated sheets,
vertical walls, etc.
2.
For sealing joint between aluminium section and
glass, aluminium section and masonry surface.
For
Filling Cracks :
Clean the
cracks thoroughly using a wire brush. Do not widen the cracks. Fill the crack
with Crack Seal. Use fingers to press Crack Seal into the crack for rough
surface. For smooth surface a patula or a palti may be used.
Allow 24
hours for curing in case shrinkage is observed after initial application, refill
the crack after wire brush scrubbing and bring it in level with the surrounding
surface.
Considering
triangular trench of width X mm and depth Y mm following coverage can be
anticipated.

For
treatment of cracks following procedure is found to give long life in tropical
climatic conditions. Fill cracks with Crack Seal as recommended above, over coat
the region with Damp Proofer. 2 coats are recommended. Do not widden
micro-cracks, the coating is designed to bridge-coat micro cracks. Apply 2 coats
Damp Proofer over the region where micro cracks network is seen.
For heavy
rainfall region, fill cracks as recommended above, cover the treated portion
with
RZ – ED
Polymer Mortar for rough plaster surface. For smooth plaster surface coat with
White Water Proofer. Do not widen micro cracks. Apply 2 coats over the entire
region where micro crack network is observed.
