  TOUGHCRETE-P105

  1.      Increasing cement content in cement mortar does not increase wear resistance of concrete, particularly for high abrasion resistance concrete flooring. Nor does increased aggregate impart high abrasion resistance.

2.   Toughcrete powder is specifically meant to increase wear resistance of concrete.

3.      For concrete flooring of say 5 inches lay 3” to 4” of concrete as usual, use Toughcrete-P105 10% of cement in the final 2”– 1” of the concrete to bring it to final finish thickness of 5”. This duplexing must be done when the initial layer of 3” to 4” is still green, and must be a wet on wet process. Level surface as usual and water cure for 21 days.

4.      Method of mixing: Mix dry aggregates as usual, add Toughcrete-P105 5% - 10% of cement, mix thoroughly, use our Super Plasticizer 200 ml per bag of cement and water cement ratio not above 0.45 to obtain best result.

5.      Toughcrete-P105 is manufactured under most stringently monitored manufacturing process parameters to yield highest standard final product. The abrasion resistance of the flooring increases 10-15 fold by using Toughcrete-P105 and results will be consistent.

6.      The abrasion resistance of the flooring is increased 10-15 fold by using Toughcrete-P105 powder. Very high abrasion resistance & strength combination is obtained if Toughcrete-P105 and Super Plasticizer combination is used. Use of Super Plasticizer is recommended since it makes possible least cement & optimum strength combination considering the fact that high cement content lead to higher heat of hydration & associated disadvantages & concrete defects.

7.      Toughcrete-P105 powder is most useful for factory flooring, garages flooring, car parking, run-ways, highways etc or any concrete surface which requires high abrasion resistance.

Packing : 25 kgs and 50 kgs polylined bags.
