Tile Master
is a very powerful admixture for addition to facing material of mosaic tiles,
cement tiles, chequered tiles etc.
Generally
cement, dolomite and chips are mixed with water to make facing material for
mosaic tiles. Tiles are kept for water curing after 24 hours, and at this stage
breakages during handling can cause considerable loss. After curing, tiles are
polished, during polishing breakages add to losses. This can be eliminated using
Tile Master.
Tile Master
is added in the ratio of 150 ml - 200 ml per bag of cement in the facing mix.
Mix cement,
dolomite and chips. Mix thoroughly to ensure complete homogeneous mix. Add
required quantity of water, holding back 5 litres of water add 200 ml of Tile
Master to this 5 litres of water, stir thoroughly and add it to the facing mix.
Our Tile
Master ensures earlier setting and also higher strength, which ensures
sufficient strength within 24/ 48 hours. Breakages of tiles during polishing is
also eliminated, and also breakages during transportation is eliminated.
Tile Master
having extremely high plasticizing effect, ensures greater compacting and
productivity as well. It reduces water absorption features of tiles, making
tiles waterproof. Improves shine after polishing, enchances strength, adds to
over all tile quality.
Using Tile
Master, proportion of dolomite and chips can be increased considerably without
affecting physical properties. Generally cement, dolomite & chips are used
in ratio of 1: 1 ½ : 2 ½ , using Tile Master this ratio can be changed to 1 :
2 : 3. The `backing mix’ ratio is generally 1:4 to 1:5. Using Tile Master
`backing mix’ ratio can be maintained at 1:6.
Mosaic tiles
with 200 ml Tile Master and increased proportion of dolomite and chips exhibits
very high abrasion resistance without affecting strength. These tiles will also
exhibit improved appearance after final polish. In fact special ingredients in
Tile Master ensure high shine & sparkle in tiles after complete polishing.
Tile Master
is used for grey cement tiles, mosaic tiles as well as white cement tiles,
chequered tiles etc.
Tile Master
is available in 50 ltr drums and 200 ltr barrels.
