SILVER
COAT
Silver Coat is resinous,
aluminium emulsion for coating on surface treated with
Rubberised-Instant-Water-Proofer.
Rubberised-Instant-Water-Proofer
is excellent water proof coating, The life of Rubberised-Instant-Water-Proofer
can be enhanced if it is over coated with Silver Coat. It is useful for terraces
& sloping roofs.
Silver Coat forms a protective
film on the Rubberised-Instant-Water-Proofer, protecting the water proof
treatment form destructive U.V. radiation, it also reflects U.V. radiation hence
does no allow the surface temperature to rise, hence reduces thermal shocks.
Silver Coat is most essential
for terraces treated with Rubberised Instant Water Proofer particularly where,
(1) Large terraces areas are involved
(2) Where rooms below terrace are air conditioned, Silver Coat reduces
heating of the terrace slab, hence lowering runing cost for the air
conditioners.
(3) Silver Coat may be applied on “occasionally-used” terraces.
Silver Coat may be diluted
using max 30% - 40% Thinner – 1. Single coat is sufficient to provide complete
cover.
