P. A. BOUND

Fresh  concreting over old set concrete fails to develop good bound due to differential thermal properties of old set concrete and fresh wet concrete.

This handicap can be overcome by using our P.A. Bound.

P.A. Bound  comprises of factory packed containers of calculated quantity of resin & hardner ,  and  is  in  ready  to  use  form.  It  is  of  brushable  consistency ,  hence application is fast and economical.

The  surface,  which is to receive P.A. Bound, must be free of oil and grease. Remove all  dust,  loose  material  by stripping or scrubbing with wire brush. If the surface is smooth,  hack  the  surface.  Ensure  surface  is  free of algae, fungus before coating the surface  with  P.A. Bound. Avoid applying a thick coat. Pot life after mixing resin and hardner is 1 – 1½ hour.

P.A. Bound should  be  applied  over  completely  dry  surface.  Do  not pour cement slurry  over  P.A. Bound coated  surface. Directly pour concrete on tacky P.A. Bound coat.

Freshly prepared mortar may now be applied when the P.A. Bound coat is still tacky.

Packings:  ½ kg, 1 kg, 5 kgs. (Resin Plus Hardner)
