COST ANALYSIS FOR CRACK FILLING WITH CRACKSEAL

AND TWO COATS OF DAMP PROOFER

FOR STOPPING SEEPAGES THROUGH EXTERNAL WALL CREVICES

1.   Scrub the  crack thoroughly       with fine wire brush, remove all loose material      dust etc. Do not widen the           crevices. Seal crevices with           Crackseal pressing it firmly   in the crevices. Allow 24 hr.     for setting.

 

2.   Use 1" brush to coat Damp           Proofer over the crevices               covering the cracks completely with 2 coats of Damp-proofer. Allow 12 hours       interval between two coats.       

 Sp.Gr. of Crack-Seal 1.70. For triangular cross  sectional crack area of 3mmx3mm 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Coverage of Damp proofer 80 sq.ft.  per litre. 25mm width band coated over cracks sealed  with Crackseal      2 coats.
