Cost disadvantage if Shutter Coat is

used: Rs. 0.60 – 1.00 = 0.40

If spent engine oil is used.

Shutter ply costs Rs.30/- per sq.ft

Shutters Ply is used 3 times in large size forms, later on due to deterioration observed, it is cut into smaller form, 3 cycles are desired in smaller form       before it is discarded. 

Totally 6 cycles desired.    

Cost per sq.ft. per cycle 30/6=Rs.5-00  

 If Shutter Coat is used,  totally 10 cycles can be dirived.    

Cost effect per sq.ft. 30/10 Rs.3  

Cost Advantage Rs. 5 – 3 = + 2 

Rs. + 2.00 per sq.ft    

    Since residual Shuttering oil repells.

   Additional 1-1/2 bag of cement is wasted in plastering.   Cost of Cement Rs.130/- per 50 Kgs per brass of plastering. i.e. Rs.1.30 per sq.foot. This Rs 1.50 is saved if Shutter

   Coat is used.

   Cost advantage if Shutter Coat is used.

 Rs. + 1.50  per sq.ft.

 Total Cost Advantage if Shutter Coat is used.
