COST ANALYSIS

WBWR-2023 is an excellent and economical water repellant, anti algae, anti fungus agent as well as anti-dust settlement product.

It is mixed in following proportion 1.5 ltr water, 1.5 ltr   repellant & 3 kgs cement paint is mixed thoroughly and applied.

Repellant also increases the coverage of cement coat by 20% .Ordinarily 3 kgs cement paint for 2nd coat gives 100 sq ft.

With repellant cement paint gives 140 sq ft. 

Repellant increases the life of cement paint by 100% i.e. it doubles life of cement paint. 

Repellant should be mixed only in the final coat & applied. 

For cold storage, hospitals, sterile rooms etc, SBWR-5000 is applied. It provides similar properties as WBWR-2023.

It is brush coated after complete paint is applied.  

It can be applied externally or internally. It forms a barrier protecting under lying  paint against dust settlement,  & enhancing over all paint life. WBWR-2023 & SBWR-5000 are clear solvent less formulations.
