Liquid based waterproofing compound.Using world accepted technology.Calcium Chloride based white waterproofing powder is being discontinued world  wide due to deleterious effect of Chloride  or reinforcement bars. Besides being powdery it   dispersion in aggregates takes time,although it  is found to improve workability it does not effect  segregation and bleeding of concrete, with the result imperfections in  concrete,due the  segregations and bleeding yield low strength. 

Our Integral Waterproofer in honey  colored liquid, completely miscible in water and disperses in water immediately ensuring uniform distribution in mortar.

Integral Water Proofer improves cement mortar  Workability reduces segregation considerably, has high wetting properties hence eliminates bleeding.  The hygroscopic component in our I.W.P. ensures Water  for cement hydration is available at all times,which effectively ensures complete cement hydration.

 Integral Water Proofer also offsets strength loss due to high mud content in sand and ensures uniformly increased strength of 25-30% . It is chloride & sulfate free.

By virtue of above, the addition of i.w.p. ensures complete hydration of cement in mortar, ensures  there are no honey combing in concrete, and also yield completely impervious and water-proof cement concrete.

Used in the proportion of 200     ml per bag of cement in cement mortar far castings all kinds of slats columns beams,   basements, footings, foundations, plinth beams, aqueducts,bridges, swimming  pools water tanks etc. etc.          

Dosage 200 ml per bag cement cost Rs.40/- per liter. 

Hence cost of dosage: Rs.8.00 per bag of cement. 

Cost of additive per meter cube for 6.6 bags = cement, 

6.6 bag cement x Rs. 8.00 = Rs.52.80

Per cubic metre.  

Distributed Cost for 4" slab 

Rs.5.00 per sq.mt.using

200 ml I.W.P. per bag of

Cement.

i.e.Rs.250 of I.W.P. for 500

Sq ft.flat,if it is used in the complete slab.

Integral Water Proofer  is founed to increase cube strength by 15-2 times. It is also fond to increase Impermeability co-efficient by 4-5 decimals points. It also reduces statistical distribution co-efficient for cube strength at increased strength.

PACKING :The material is available in packing of 1 ltr, 5 ltr, 20 ltrs,50 ltrs,& 200 ltrs,metal packing which are easy to handle & storage life of 1-2 years
