COST

Coal Tar Epoxy is polyamide         formulation, 2 pack, Ideal for          corrossion protection of concrete or metal surface, forms a resilient   impermeable barrier. For concrete  it prevents ingression of ground      water in concrete which leads     to destruction of steel.  Coal Tar Epoxy is self priming.     

It requires no special primer.

It can be coated directly, 2 coats are sufficient for adequate metal   or concrete protection.                    

Clear the surface thoroughly which is to receive coat of Coal Tar Epoxy. Preferabaly use wire brush for thorough cleaning. Use dry cloth scrubbing to obtain  clean dust free surface. 

For metal surface, scrub the surface with wire brush. To remove rust and      scales use our `Metal Clean'. On clean  dry surface apply 1st coat of C.T.E.,    Apply second coat after 8 hours.  For Concrete Surface, if the surface to be  treated is  new, allow complete curing. allow the surface to dry. Use wire brush scrub to remove shuttering coating film,  to remove loose dust, etc. On completely clear dry concrete surface Apply 1st coat of T.E., apply 2nd coat after 8 hours
